Brooke and Peter February 2016

Brooke and Peters Wedding was set in the idyllic Tutukaka on a cliff looking over the most spectacular vistas. It really was the most stunning glimpse of what New Zealand’s landscape has to offer, and a real treat for many of Peters family and friends who came over from Canada for the wedding.

The rehearsal was done the evening before. The ceremony was light hearted and highly personal to this couple. Mirrored in the backdrop, the ceremony told their story of crossing oceans to be with each other. The warmth and love felt from the guests added to the atmosphere for a wonderful ceremony.

UNIQUE ELEMENT: Brooke comes from a wonderful blended family. It was lovely to have both her father and step father walk her down the aisle. We also integrated all parents at the beginning of the ceremony by asking them all if they gave their blessing and guidance to the couple, to which they all stood and replied "we do". This was a thoughtful way of having each parent and the boarder family recognised within the ceremony.
